In my "Building a Square" series, which includes over 40 paintings, I explore the infinite possibilities of this fundamental geometric shape. Made of acrylic paint and wood dowels on shaped canvases, the paintings mount flat against the wall without the need for frames. The more recent works in the series are rendered in oil paint.
