Portfolios > SHAPE SHIFT

In Shape Shift, I extend the painting beyond the canvas, integrating drawing directly onto the wall. This transition—from acrylic underpainting to oil on canvas with wood dowels—challenges conventional boundaries and redefines space.

Boxes stretch, distort, and resist convention. Shape Shift explores how abstract forms shift meaning, proving that even the most basic shapes can defy expectations. Color and form take on new roles, reinventing spatial language to create something immersive, thought-provoking, and disruptive—not just to be seen, but to be questioned—to disrupt assumptions.
